Brief Answer:
shortness of breath-possible cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Shortness of breath is more likely due to Obesity (weighing 80 kg ).
Since you can do treadmill at a speed of 6.5 km per hour ( equivalent 4 METS;however Class I     >7 METS/metabolic equivalents) for one hour continuously regularly with out much difficulty, it is unlikely to be due to any cardiac cause. Basal blood pressure is to be recorded.
Respiratory disorders causing shortness of breath will hinder physical activity like walking for more than 1 hour .
However chest x-ray and 2D-echocardiography as initial investigation will not be out of place.
Possibility of Anxiety disorder is there as it is associated with heaviness of head but it should be considered as the cause of dyspnea only after organic causes have been ruled out.
