What Causes Sharp Radiating Pain Near The Navel And Penis While Coughing?

Question: A sharp pain happens from below my belly button when I cough or stand to quickly. It goes to right above my Penis. It is sharp then ends quickly. I don't feel it any other time

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Such kind of complaints are seen in any of the following conditions:
1. Hernia.
2. Stone in ureter.
3. Muscular spasmodic pain.
I would recommend you to get your Ultrasound Abdomen done and if that is normal there is nothing yo worry as it's muscular.
If any issues are detected in Ultrasound Abdomen we would discuss them accordingly.

I am currently on stage in a show that runs 2 more weekends. Is this something that can wait a few weeks since the pain is not unbearable and only when getting up from a chair or bed.

See if you are comfortable and you don't have pain then you can wait till you can get an Ultrasound done.
You may go ahead with smooth muscle relaxant like Drotaverine in case of severe pain.
