Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The pain could be due to various causes including peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis, bile duct related and nerve and muscle related.
Since there is a history of Gallbladder surgery, an ultrasound scan may be done first to look for issues related to it.

Dr.R.K.
