Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy, small arteries disease to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Before any treatment, the cause of your symptoms should be found.

Symptoms you describe may be related to peripheral neuropathy, a condition characterized by small nerves damage from different conditions.

The conditions that may damage peripheral nerves include diabetes, viral infections, low vitamin B12 levels, side effects of drugs, alcohol use, etc.

Blood tests about these conditions and nerve conduction study are necessary to evaluate this diagnosis.

Best treatment is to treat the underlying condition.

Symptomatic treatment with drugs such gabapentin, pregabalin, amytriptiline also is indicated.

Blood supply impairment of extremities also (peripheral arteries disease) may be another possible condition that may cause such symptoms.

Doppler ultrasound of peripheral arteries is necessary to evaluate this possibility.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
