Question: my throat feels like it closes up and start to get choked I then throw up a foamy liquid. looking into my throat it looks like cottage cheese and mucus.

I understand your concern

You mention to feel the throat like closing up, have to choke or vomit. Have looked at your throat and seems like cottage cheese and mucus.

Can you send a photo of your throat as I want to see these changes myself?

You say to have had your colon removed and had a colostomy. Apart hyperacidity of the stomach, I think you might be suffering of possible GI Candida infection/overgrowth, which is common in such cases.

Culture of throat swab is recommended to determine the right diagnosis and treatment. If confirmed, antifungal treatment is required.

Keep good oral hygiene, increase water intake. Avoid all those foods or drinks that would aggravate the symptoms.
