Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Chest pain in lower right quadrant and worsening on lying down on the same side with radiation to arm appears to be due to gastric discomfort and or gallbladder pancreas issue the reason for which CT scans and ultrasounds might have been advised. Aside from all it, a good start would have been anECG just to be on the safer road to rule out any inferior wall of heart involvement as that pain may present like this as well.

I would suggest some pepto, nexium , diet and lifestyle modifications, small frequent meals, avoidance of triggers like alcohol, spices, tea, coffee, dairy products, processed canned foods etc. Delay lying down after meals and see if it helps.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
