Brief Answer:
Either dermatitis or psoriasis, answer a few questions

Detailed Answer:
I am Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be either dermatitis or psoriasis.
I need to ask you a few questions:
What is the duration of the lesion?
What are the sites involved?
Is it present on the scalp also?
Do you have itching, burning or any other complaints on the rash?
Do you have a history of dry skin, allergic rhinitis or asthma?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Intertrigo, topical steroid antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Sorry I didn't see the history.
According to your complaints, it is looking like intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to apply a mild topical steroid and antifungal combination cream like Clotrimazole cream and beclomethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-12 days.
Also, avoid wearing a sports bra for few days and keep the area dry.

Take care,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney
