What Causes Severe Rashes Beneath The Breasts While With A Case History Of Hypothyroidism, Dry Skin And Asthma?

Skin rash beneath both breasts since 1month on and off
Localized
Started after wearing a sports bra in cold weather
Rash disappeared after traveling to a hotter place and returned again after coming back to colder place. No itching or pain
Severe hypothyroidism, obesity and urticarial rash since many many years and now taking anti-allergic medicines and both are controlled now

Yes she has a history of urrixaria and family history of asthma
Duration of the condition - 1 month
No itching or burning
no lesions in other areas

According to your complaints, it is looking like intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to apply a mild topical steroid and antifungal combination cream like Clotrimazole cream and beclomethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-12 days.
Also, avoid wearing a sports bra for few days and keep the area dry.
