Brief Answer:
see a neurologist or an ENT doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This could be an inner ear or a nerve problem. In any case you need to see a doctor for an exam. You may also need some testing like an MRI.
In the mean time, drink plenty of fluids. Avoid nicotine, caffeine and alcohol. Take a multivitamin daily.
Get plenty of rest. You may also be able to take a medication called meclizine that is used for dizziness and motion sickness. Your doctor can prescribe this or you can get it in some over the counter medicines like dramamine.
I hope you get some relief soon,
Dr. Robinson
