What Causes Severe Pain In The Waist?
Question: Hello Dr. XXXXXXX Sir,
Thanks for asking my well being. I am as off now 80%. I myself wanted to take advice from from you again. Surprised to know that you are concern about my health more than me. Let it will be .God Bless you and your family.
Let us come to the point. Last Saturday I had a seviour pain in my waist making me unable to stand erect . I almost lost my consciousness for a while with sweating.
I visited Dr. Vyas for consultation.He diagonised as muscle catch.I insisted to have USG done for other reason.It was done and nothing abnormal found.Both Kedneys are functioning normal.
Now pls tell me, ' how to come to the conclusion about the actual cause of pain in my waist?'

Nice to hear that your symptoms are improving.
The pain which occured last saturday was due to muscle stretch as diagnosed by your doctor.
Older pain in the waist was due to acid peptic disease in my opinion. Evidence in favour of that is the improvement in the symptoms up to 80 percent is seen with the last prescription.
However it can be confirmed by two tests endoscopy examination and 24 hrs pH metry.
