Brief Answer:
could be pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Severe pain in abdomen with nausea and raised amylase points towards pancreatitis.

I would suggest that you show yourself to a physician for a physical examination and also get an ultrasound of your abdomen done to look for swelling of your pancreas, and it will also help to screen your gall bladder. If you have already done these tests, please upload the reports so that I am better able to help.

But to me your condition looks a bit serious and i would suggest that you show yourself in the emergency room for proper management.

Hope i have been helpful.
