Question: I recently have made some dietary changes.
Im trying to watch sugar intake, dairy, gluten etc. ive noticed an increase in stomach cramping. Feeling nauseated, sweating, headache with bloated feeling high up into my sternum area.
What are your thoughts and possible treatment ?

My opinion is that your symptoms may be related to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels), which is a common finding in people with diets.

Hypoglycemia is manifested with profuse sweating, abdominal and epigastric pain (craving stomaxh pain), headache etc.

Please keep in mind that glucose is the only fuel for brain and it's very important for proper functioning of our body.

My suggestion is that you should discuss your diet with your primary care docrors. However, you may upload a scheme of your diet (the amount and type of foods you eat during the day).
