Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Injury in a car accident may damage any organ of body. Spine is a column of vertebrae attached by ligament and muscle. The nerve to body exit from spinal cord which travel into this spinal column.
You should specify the clinical deficit, weakness, sensory loss or bladder bowel involvement post injury.
Also provide the assessment reports of previous doctors along with Mri images.
carpal tunnel syndrome is usually caused by compression of median nerve at wrist and can be managed surgically as well as by drugs.
Are you suffering from any disease like diabetes, hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid arthritis.

Brief Answer:
Upload Mri images

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You have to provide details or images of Mri for assessment of amount and nature of damage.
Carpal tunnel syndrome is not associated with spine injury but direct injury to wrist may lead to such manifestation.
please provide Mri details and clinical symptoms at the time of trauma and at present with course of symptoms.
