What Causes Severe Muscle Pain, Chills, Fever And Diarrhea?

I have severe muscle pain, chills, low grade fever diarrhea (upset stomach but no vomiting). I came down with this on Thursday night. I have been pretty much on my back since. The nasty fever part went away by Sat morning. The muscle & joint pain has remained and is intense (I am a fit person - I am walking around as if I am 90+).
I have been hydrating throughout (now using pedialite and water) - but virtually no eating since Thursday (nothing is appetizing).
Finally, I should mention that a week before this I developed an invisible rash on my left side. It felt like a bad sun burn. It slowly dissipated, then this happens.

Muscle pains, joint pains and fatigue are very typical symptoms seen in post viral infection period. This is self limiting but may last for 2 to 3 weeks.
The only remedy for these pains is my painkillers combined with muscle relaxants.
You can try taking Tab DIVON MR twice daily after food for 3 days. This will surely reduce the symptoms and speed up the recovery.
Need not sorry about the rash, they too disappear with time.
