Posted on Tue, 11 Jul 2017
Question: My son is 3.5 years old. He is a very active boy. Since last one month he has started complaining about pain in legs while sleeping often.
My question is if this is normal?

Secondly, what diet should we feed him to increase calcium intake? We are vegeterian.

Third question, is it safe to take calcium supplement? Can you prescribe one for him?
