Brief Answer:
Till you visit dentist start with dispersible paracetamol and antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Zareen,
Thank you for consulting with HCM.
This is Dr. Dipti Singh here to answer your query.

As you are mentioning that you went through your second sitting of root canal treatment and now you are experiencing pain, it can be possible that while the procedure the dentist might have traumatized the soft tissue below the tooth or may be not cleaned the canals properly and infection is still left in the root end of the tooth. These conditions can only be cleared on x-ray of the tooth which will show the fault.
The headache which you are mentioning can also be because of the tooth pain only.
For complete relief of pain and headache you have to visit your dentist again and get x-ray of your tooth done.
Till then for relief of pain you can start with a dispersible paracetamol thrice a day and an antibiotic.
Even you can consult a nearby dentist and get an x-ray done of the tooth.

Hope it will help you.
Thanking you
