Brief Answer:
Possible flare up of Viral Hepatitis?Needs Confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

As per your history provided, there is a possible overlap between hepatitis and possible gut infection.

This can present with periumbilical pain as well.

Recovery phase of Viral Hepatitis can be complicated with non specific symptoms like constipation and indigestion.

Pertaining to yellowish urine, biochemical recovery from jaundice lags the clinical recovery.Hence it may take some more time to recover from jaundice.

I advise you to have an ultrasound of the abdomen to document the source of pain abdomen if any.

In most cases, the pain resolves by itself.

But to be on a safer note antibiotic course with Tab Orni-O for 5 days will be helpful.

Antispasmodics like Buscopan will help to control the pain.

Avoid fatty and fried foods till complete recovery.

You can avail services at
Manikya Institute of GASTROENTEROLOGY,near KGH up road, XXXXXXX

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
