Question: I always have back pain but every few months i get severe back pains what can cause these pains

It may cause prolonged abnormal posture or standing, back muscles fatigue, weakness of lumbar vertebral column and maybe pain in the legs.
MS is not the case here.
NSAID drugs and physical therapy may help improve your symptoms and could be used as a diagnostic tool ( if you improve) for the nature of your condition.
