Brief Answer:
GAD-drug and dose modification is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

Going by your symptoms i would like to clearly tell you have a combination of disorders related to Generalised Anxiety Disorder/GAD coupled with features of synthroid excess.

I advise you to keep a regular -monthly track of complete thyroid profile with TSH levels with the normal range, since thyroxine excess can lead to many symptoms overlapping with GAD.Hence precise dose adjustment is needed.

Instead of Prozac, tab escitalopram 5-10mg is more effective with lesser degree of side effects in my opinion.

Instead of short acting Xanax,Intermediate to long acting Clonazepam is more effective against panic attacks.

These drugs need to be used for 3-6 months before full effect takes place.

Note-these drugs should be used only under strict medical supervision.

This would be more effective against all symptoms including sweating and blackouts.

Stress management is vital in your case.Regular physical exercise in the form of brisk walk for 20 min a day/5 days a week will help to combat a lot more symptoms.

Non pharmacological measures like
1.Cognitive and behavioural therapy.
2.Relaxation and stress therapy will help.

I hope this info is helpful to you,
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
