Brief Answer:
Bladder infection seems most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Lower abdomen area is where bladder is located. So the most common reason of pain in this area is bladder infection. You may have burning while urinating or trace of blood in the urine with this issue. Sometimes the pain can radiate to the back.
I suggest you to have urine analysis done along with abdominal ultrasound. Antibiotic intake might be necessary. Please also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

If no infection will be found, please consult gynecologist and have transvaginal ultrasound.
