Brief Answer:
see spinal surgeon..

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Hi you need to see spinal surgeon as soon as possible to find out the degree of spinal compression.. this should be urgent... as late may leads to disability also.
Even I would like to change medication also -- from gabapentin to carbamazepine. Carbamazepine is very effective in nerve pain as well as in seizures also...
you can discuss with your doctor also...

Hope this will help..

if you have any further query-- please donot hesitate..

Take care
