Brief Answer:
Need to have urinannalysis and ultrasound KUB

Detailed Answer:
Hi ! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it is quite possible to be due to some urinary tract infection. For that you need to have a urinalysis to look for nature and composition of those scabs and also to rule out any signs of having renal stones like with associated blood in urine and ultrasound KUB to look for any floating vegetation or opacities in bladder. Urinary stones doesn't pass like scans but may pass like concretions. Meanwhile drink lots of water and fluids. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
