Brief Answer:
Most probably lipoma; further workup is requested

Detailed Answer:
hello

thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Most common differential for your symptoms includes lipoma. It is a subcutaneous fat thickening. I would suggest you to once visit hospital and get ultrasound of the bump/swelling done. Secondly, take an appointment for a Consultant Dermatologist and examine those areas of bump. Discuss about biopsy of that swelling to confirm the exact cause. Further management will depend according to test results.

Hope i have answered your query. If you have any doubt then feel free to get back. If not then dont forget to close the discussion.
wishing her a very good health!
