Question: I have a concern I been keeping a ear plug in my naval, because the hole is getting very small just wondering do I suppose to let it close up like that, Orr should I keep the plug in,,,it it normal to close up,,, my doctor in another state so I can't go back to him,,,Here are picture of me just took the plug out, an it keep getting smaller..

Thank you for the query.

I assume that you have had a laparoscopy and there was a wound in the umbilicus. If so, swelling and kind of shrinking is a part of healing process. Scar tissue makes it narrow. For sure it wont close by itself.
As it is 3 months after the surgery, the scar should not make it more narrow and it should stay as is.
So do not put anything inside and just leave it alone.
