Question: I have barley any appitie cramping feeling in my upper stomach chest pains coughing up tar and I have no idea what came out of my when I went number 2 it looks like tar

Tarry stools usually indicate upper Gastro intestinal bleeding for example gastric ulcer. Gastric ulcers often cause tarry stools and it is possible that you might be coughing out tar kind of material secondary to this. Here is what you should do

1. Approach a Gastro entererologist immediately, you will need to undergo endoscopy
2. do no smoke until you meet the doctor
3. Tab omeprazole once a day on an empty stomach will give you symptomatic relief
