It can cause flushing and vasodilation

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, these features can be caused by facial flushing or increased sympathetic nervous system drive which can be due to withdrawl or even post meth effects.

It's better to avoid these, though it's not causing shortness of breath or such symptoms but you can't wait for those symptoms to set in as these can lead to irreversible changes in lungs and then quiting may not be sufficient and life long medical therapy becomes mandatory.

Meanwhile get an EKG and thyroid functions done too. If upper chest and face remains markedly red or associated with swelling of upper extremeties, a review by a vascular surgeon or physician to look for superior venacaval syndrome may also be needed just for reassurance.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
