Brief Answer:
PMLE/ ACD/ Seborrhoeic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern. I have seen the attached photographs also.

There are various possibilities for such redness involving face:
1) Polymorphous Light Eruption (PMLE) - it is an allergic reaction to sunlight. It is usually associated with itch.
2) Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) - it may occur due to use of some cosmetic, chemical on face or use of hair XXXXXXX
3) Seborrhoeic dermatitis - it is an allergic reaction to dandruff on scalp. It is characterized by red colored rash associated with itch mainly on face.
Kindly tell me if you had excess sun exposure prior to onset of rash?
Any history of use of cosmetic, chemical or hair dye?
Do you have seborrhea scalp?

Kindly answer to my questions or you may visit your doctor in person for proper examination and evaluation.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Calamine lotion with topical steroid and Antihistaminics

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
I can appreciate erythema involving almost whole face with prominency at places . My most likely differentials are Allergic contact dermatitis and PMLE.

In such cases , I advice my patients to apply Calamine lotion on all exposed parts. Calamine works as soothing agent as well as physical sunscreen. You may apply mild potency topical steroid like Fluticasone or Hydrocortisone over erythematous areas. These are all prescription drugs.
Oral Antihistaminics like Levocetrizine also help.
You should visit your doctor in person so that he can examine you and give you prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.

You can always get back to me if you have further query.

Stay healthy.
