Brief Answer:
Yes safe to take current treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM
I understand your concern and situation.

I realize that you have tuberculosis I suggest you to take medicines without missing a single dose. It is safe to take the medicines you are on without threat of side effects. You are possibly having viral or bacterial conjunctivitis. These infection clear in a week even without treatment but it is okay if you are taking antibiotics as in your case. Maintain ocular hygiene and carefully wash your hands every time you touch around your eye. Viral conjunctivitis are usually seen with flu. If problem persists after 10 days then get discharge test done for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity test for bacterial infections. Yes it is safe to take all ocular medicines as they have no side effects. But antibiotics tuberculosis drugs have side effects like liver dysfunction, neuropathic, etc. I suppose you must be on 2 drugs. Kindly specify whether you are on rifampicin, isoniazid, etc. So I may advise you better.

Take care
Hope I answered your query
