Brief Answer:
Kindly upload an image of the penis shaft for review!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Your information suggest a possible infection. I will like to further confirm this by reviewing and image so as to provide more insights and guidance. To upload an image, simply click on the link to upload a file and follow the instructions. If this proves difficult, please send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and request that the image should be uploaded to your query.

Management of such infections often require regular daily cleansing wth antiseptic such as Iodine and antibiotics prescription. If there is difficulty retreating the foreskin and urinating normally, we may need a minor surgical procedure to free the structures at that area. If you are in pains, then 400mg of Ibuprofen would be helpful.

I do promise to get back to you with more insights and helpful recommendations as soon as the requested information gets here.
