What Causes Redness And Irritation Around The Eyes?
Question: Persistant irritation around eyes, rash. Eyes clear ,not irritated. Just eyelids etc.

Since you have already tried and failed OTC steroids then I recommend that you see your medical provider for a higher strength steroid like triamcinalone. You can then use this once daily until the redness resolves.
You can also use cold compresses to the eyelids while you are have pain or severe itching of the eye lids.
