Brief Answer:
Its a stye.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
It is a red, small bump over eyelid where eyelash meets the lid (although image is not so clear). So,It is a stye, could be of bacterial infection mainly stayphlococci.some times it may turn into chalazion when left untreated for few days.
This stye is small, so there won't be requirement of surgical drainage.
You take Neosporin ophthalmic ointment to be applied under lower eyelid 3 to 4 times a day.
Tab.Cefadroxyl 500mg twice a day for 3 days.
Ciplox eye drops if you have mild red eye or irritation.
Tab.Ibuprofen 400 mg SOS (if pain).
Warm compression over eyelid for 10-15 mins daily.
Avoid squeezing or popping this stye otherwise it might lead to infection over the eye ball.
No need to worry, you will be alright after above treatment, here i am mentioning some preventive measures to stop recurrence.
Prevention: 1)strict hygiene of both hands and never touch eyeball or eyelid with finger,2) always do warm compression whenever there is eyelid redness.
