Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it could be some insect bite reaction or shingles.
Is the rash associated with itching or burning?
Is it localised to just one place?
What is the duration of the rash?
Kindly revert with the answers.
If possible upload the photographs of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

I will need to have a e-mail address or a cell number to send photo of my chest. The rash has been for about 4 days. It is located below my chin on my upper chest and there is only one area with the blister. It did itch until I started the Valtrex and the antibotic cream.

Brief Answer:
Not looking like shingles

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is not looking like shingles.
It is looking like either eczematous rash or photosensitive rash.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 10-12 days.
This should resolve it.
