Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

I think, you have underline bipolar disorder. In bipolar disorder, patient has episode of depression and hypomania. In depression, patient feels sad, tired, decrease sleep etc and in hypomanic, patient feels active, euphoric or cheerful. May be you have recurrent episode of both. In that case, you need detailed psychiatric evaluation and treatment with mood stabilizer. That would help you to control mood swings.

In case, you have more query, you can ask.

Brief Answer:
You may have hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
HI

Some time, patient may have anxiety symptoms in depression. In anxiety, patient usually feels tingling sensation or numbness in limbs. That could be one of the possibility in your case. Second possibility, you may have hypothyroidism. I think, you should get your thyroid profile done. Sometime, due to low thyroid level, number of patients get such kind of symptoms. In hypothyroidism, such symptoms are quite common. Better to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
