Brief Answer:
Possible angina pectoris/GERD...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are not indicative for heart/stroke attack. They might indicate:
- angina pectoris
- GERD

I highly recommend to run the following tests to rule out cardiac problems:
- ECG
- echocardiography
- stress test
- holter monitoring

If no heart problems, then, should rule out other non-cardiac issues (GERD):
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy

Hope it helped!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Should run the requested tests to determine angina and treat it accordingly.

GERD and other stomach issues should be ruled out too.

Exercise and other lifestyle and diet changes can also improve your symptoms.

All the best!
