Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms aren't suggestive for a slow cardiac leakage. Your symptoms are suggestive for cardiac arrhythmia especially for cardiac premature beats.

If you were my patients I would recommend to schedule the following examinations for a proper evaluation of your problem:
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- holter monitoring
- stress test

Only if the symptoms will progress and you will experience pain or dyspnea lasting for a couple of minutes you should go immediately to ER.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
