What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Spotting Post NovaSure Endometiral Ablation?

Question: Hi Ladies, I am 36 yr. old this year - I had a tubal ligation done is 2010 after my last son birth, in February 2014 at the age of 35 my doctor advise the best for me would be a Noro sure ablation, ever since the operation I had a 2 to 3 day brown spotting and for a few days later a little brown discharge every time I go for pee, +- 6 months ago, I had fresh red blood with the brown discharge – when I ask my OB regarding this she just said it is nothing to be concern about, but I am sure that I am starting having a period again. Have any other ladies experience the above as far fetch as it sounds I am considering to have my tubal ligation reverse so we can try again for a little one, but need to know if by any change that my lining is maybe starting to regrow again…. Please can you give me your comments

Brief Answer:
Get ultrasound scan before reversal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about wanting to have another baby.

It is difficult for endometrium to regrow after ablation.

You can try for pregnancy again if endometrium is growing well. This can be checked by doing ultrasound scan. Please ask your OB doctor to identify if you have good endometrial lining by 15th day of cycle which will tell if it is wort to opt for reversal.

You can go for reversal only if endometrium is good. Otherwise no use.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Good day, can ask the following question if i am told that my lining is not good enough to support a pregancy. Would a doctor transplant two different ladies embroys into one lady, the reason for question i have a friend she would be a surrogate for me but she wants to carry her own child as well at the same time. As she wants to have ivf done and ask me to do the same if i can not reverse my tubes
