Brief Answer:
Might be spinal problem; answer the questions and follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
First of all, I would like to ask a few questions like whether you had any complications following aortic aneurysm, do you have stiff neck or neck pain and do you have other joint pain, are your movements in both upper limbs are normal or not, whether you have radiating pain from shoulder to both arms, forearms and hand.
You have mentioned that you take chiropractic help and there is sometimes back pain while bending etc.
If such patients come to me, I advise the following-

Primarily an Xray Lumbosacral spine and in your case, an Xray cervical spine and dorsolumber spine- both AP and Lateral view.
Electromyography and Nerve conduction velocity tests of both upper limbs.
Avoiding forward bending, heavy weight bearing etc.
Physiotherapy in the form of lumber flexion rotation exercises and cervical range of motion exercises regularly.
Hot compression locally.
Painkiller-muscle relaxant combination like Aceclofenac-thiocolchicoside etc if there is pain. Alongwith, antacids or pantoprazole to avoid gastric trouble.
Pregabalin-mecobalamin combination for one month.
Blood for fasting/post prandial blood sugar, uric acid, complete hemogram.

You can consult your treating or family doctor about this and for prescription of the above.
Get back to me with the answers and the reports and I would be able to help you further.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards
