Question: Hi my child is 1 year 9 month old. Her weight is 10 kg. she vomit whatever she is having even water. There is no other symtom like loose motion, fever or rashes. Please advice what medicine we can give to her

Thanks for writing to us.

Vomiting without other symptoms could be just viral gastritis or mild food poisoning. It will settle in a day or two. If not then it will need investigations.
Continue domperidone drops as you are giving now thrice a day.
Ensure you also give ors in sips every 10 min to keep your child hydrated.
If urine output is atleast 6 times daily, nothing to worry.
If vomiting doesn't settle do consult your pediatrician.
