Brief Answer:
Prostrate enlargement or direct injury or bladder issues

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This kind of painless bleeding from penis should be dealt quickly.
This can be from the rupture of blood capillaries in the highly vascular prostate gland which is enlarging in size.
It could be due to a trivial injury to the organ. Most important and serious problem can be tumor in the bladder.
I suggest to see the doctor (Urologist) immediately with appointment. He can do a cystoscopy to find out the reason.
Note: Consult a Urologist online for consultation about prostate and bladder problems, sexual dysfunction, kidney stones, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, impotence and erectile dysfunction - Click here.
