Brief Answer:
start taking pills again

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, you must have been given progesterone pills for contraception.
This spotting is due to the effect of missed pills
Nothing to worry just start taking pills again daily at same time.
It should be taken within 3 hours of previous pill time otherwise it looses its contraceptive use and can cause spotting in case the difference in intake time is more than 6 hours for 3-4 days.
So club it up with your dinner or breakfast so that you don't forget taking it.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
take the pill from today

Detailed Answer:
Yes mam take the pill daily now as advised.
Keep taking it regularly at a fixed time daily and you will get good contraception.
It has no side effect on breast feeding so is usually given to lactating mothers.
