Brief Answer:
Clinical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The pain and the end of your jaw could be due to:
* Muscle spasm and problems related to the temporomandibular joint
* Erupting wisdom tooth
* Dental abscess
* Herpes
* Infections of the parotid gland eg. mumps

There is no way to distinguish between such causes without a proper clinical evaluation. In such a case I would insist you go visit a doctor and to get yourself evaluated.

Gurgling with lukewarm water should provide relief. You may take paracetamol or acetaminophen to bring down the pain.

I have visited dentist and orthopedic yesterday. They both said there is no problem with tooth or bone. Also I have redness in my right eye and pain not in the bone. They both asked me consult nerologist

Brief Answer:
Clinical examination by a neurologist would help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
You did not have to go to an orthopedic surgeon. The dentist could have evaluated the temporomandibular joint as well. Anyway since both of them insist on a neurological opinion, please get one. Let me know if I could be of any assistance.
