Brief Answer:
Not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM.

You have vitamin B12 deficiency and it can be one of the reason for pain in fingers and toes as well as skin burning. If it is still persistent than consult any neurologist to isolate any other cause for this.

HIV and STDs are not transmitted through handjob and test results for both are also negative then the risk of HIV with other STIs is not there. Don't think about it and avoid unnecessary stress or tension.

If still any query left in your mind feel free to ask it any time and I am always here to help you out. Be relaxed and move ahead in life with your family.

Thank You

Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

The window period for HIV varies from 15days to 3 months and the test result after this period is 100% conclusive and reliable so no further test is needed because you are definitely safe and risk free.
