Brief Answer:
Glucose drink - requires domperidone also

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Post vomiting, the nausea feeling is making her difficult to eat anything.
2. She has become weak due to limited diet of toast. Any other food item, could make her nauseated and possibly cause increased gastritis.
3. She needs more energy. Glucose drink or fruit juice will be helpful.
4. She will also need proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole or esmoprazole. Along with it, domperidone needs to be taken to reduce vomiting or nausea feeling. At least half an hour before food will be helpful, twice daily.
5. Adequate hydration, soft diet, liquid food is necessary to improve energy. It would take around 2-3 days for improvement.

Diet improvement along with medication is necessary.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
