Brief Answer:
no, not symptoms of heart attack

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

NO these are not symptoms of a heart attack.

A heart attack would primarily present with chest symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, excess sweating.
These symptoms can also occur in other conditions as well.

IN addition a heart attack is not common at your age unless there is a previous history of heart disease.
There is a condition where the heart is enlarged and during activity , athletes can have issues but an enlarged heart would have shown ECG changes

The EKG would have also shown if there were parts of the heart not getting enough blood. A heart attack occurs when part of the heart does not get enough and can become damaged.
If the EKG was normal then it did not show any of these issues

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
