What Causes Pelvic Pain During Pregnancy?

Question: i have pelvic aches/pains and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I seem to get them in the evening. I use to just have small aches but these past 2 nights I have been feeling the pain more. What can be causing these pains

No I have not had an ultrasound yet. They took blood out but it wasn't for beta hcg.

It is not an issue and you should take proper rest so this pain get reduced.
Pain is due to infection (vaginal or urinary tract) but are you having any symptoms of the same like vaginal discharge or difficulty in urination.

I don't have discharge or any pain in the urinary area .The pain is always in the same spot
