What Causes Palpitations And Fatigue With Cold Sensation In Chest?

Question: Well this past week I started feeling like palpitations while I was at work and i continued to have it during the first 2-3 days of this week in which at the end of the day had me feeling exhausted. With it I started feeling this cold sensation on the left side of my chest, after in the last couple of days of this week i started feeling this tingling on my left arm all the way down to my pinkie finger, the day after it started radiating to the left side of the face, but then the weirdest thing was that all that tingling started being in an on and off situation. As of right now I'm feeling the tingling from fhe left face to the pinkie of my left hand. I amd a 25 year old female with no previous heart problems, healthy and active person but, I wiuld like to know what would cause all this.

There is probably involvement of cardiovascular disease as per your symptoms.
but your age doesn't relate to cardiovascular disease.
I will advise to consult your doctor and rule out cardiac cause.
Another possibility of cervical disc leading to numb finger.
MRI cervical spine will help in diagnosis.
medication like pregabalin and methylcobalamine can be started consulting your doctor.
