Brief Answer:
It can be haemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based in the history of such painless bleeding evident on tissue paper, that too after strain of using toilet, does increase suspicion of hemorrhoids, as it can present like this. Also rule out any other site of bleeding by careful examination of its origin. Make sure it is not coming through vagina or some local polyp or skin lesion. If not, most likely it is from rectum then. Fresh blood after stool indicate origin near to the external.opening and not likely to be coming from intestines or upper gut.

You need to monitor for next few episodes of using washroom that whether the bleeding persists ot not. If symptoms persist, consult a surgeon for detailed per rectal examination with ot without sigmoidoscopy. A blood picture and hemoglobin levels may also be needed. Meanwhile you need to do anything except to avoid constipation and treat constipation aggressively if it is experienced.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
