Brief Answer:
You are most probably having canker sore common after URTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having canker sore common after URTI ( upper respiratory tract infection ).

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetamol + Ibuprofen combination like Tab Ibugesic plus twice daily ,
Tab Rantac twice daily ,
Syrup Mucaingel 8ml thrice before meal &
Syrup zincovit twice daily .

You will get relief .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.

Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.

Thanks for the advice.
I notice you have recommended Rantac-an antireflux. To add more details on my medical history on that front.
I frequently suffer from constipation/indigesation and/or mouth sores. Other common problem being flatulence.
Because of the frequency with which I get these issues, should I be worried?
As all symptoms are digestive system related, are there any tests that I should get done to make sure nothing is particularly wrong.
Thanks.
