Question: I have herpes so I know what it looks like
On the inside on my labia I have a round raw sore it is extremely painful
It is larger then what I usually have as a sore... About the size of a XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to boil or bartholinitis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful. Herpes usually won't come in the size of XXXXXXX Herpes usually won't be solitary also.
For this condition hot fomentation and betadine ointment application will be helpful. If condition persist then antibiotic therapy will be required. If puss is there accumulated then incision and drainage is advised.
