> Vitamin deficiency specially vitamin B complex,vitamin E
> Not drinking enough water
> Some problem with circulation in legs

The better idea would be to visit your family physician and get your self examined. Depending upon the examination your doctor will be able to guide your properly.

Your doctor after examination may advise some tests like blood counts,blood sugar and if needed ultrasound of legs.

In mean time please do the following which should help.

Drink plenty of fluids,at times coconut water helps.
Do regular exercise
Take good healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
