What Causes Painful Intercourse?

Question: Hello Dr, I am 27 years old and my husband is 30 years old , we got married on 07/12/2012.After marriage till one year we didnt try for baby. But we were trying from last 5 month ago for baby, but i am not getting pregnant also period was irregular.Before marriage my period was regular,
after marriage my period was irregular.
One reason I thought like we were not able to do intercourse properly. It always painful.

Could please advice.

2. Please get transvaginal ultrasound scan done to diagnose endometriosis.

3. Meanwhile get your husband's semen analysis done.

4. If your ultrasound scan reports don't show endometriosis get HSG test done to confirm tubal patency.
